A: The website migration service offered by Tshiri is totally free of charge and involves moving all your files, databases and e–mails from your present hosting provider to your new web hosting account with us. We will also modify all the configuration settings needed for your web sites to be fully functional on our cutting–edge cloud hosting platform.Our techs are completely capable of moving any type of website. With years of experience in the industry, they are well–versed in the inner workings of our cloud hosting platform, our Control Panel and all other well–known Control Panels. For them, moving a custom–built application with numerous custom libraries is as easy as transferring a simple WordPress–based blog.

A: While we cannot give you a precise time window, since there are a lot of factors, among them the physical size of the web files and databases, the location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll give our best to transfer your site within 48h, and in certain cases – within 24h (when the content is not large).

A: We don’t collect any information that is personal. We will require, however, the login info for your old hosting account and the name of the website that you need to transfer.

A: Yes. We support all common Linux–based hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–driven web hosting platforms, because we do not offer Windows hosting services ourselves.We also do not support proprietary web site creation and administration user interfaces like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
